Exhibiting at trade fairs, such as Europort, gives us a personal platform to tell our story, explain our technology, and show vessel owners exactly how we’ve integrated filtration + UV into a single, compact unit. It also gives us the opportunity to discuss the BWM Convention and USCG Type Approval process.
The 37th edition of Europort takes place November 3 – 6 in Rotterdam. Bringing together all sectors of the maritime chain under one roof, this event provides a great opportunity to showcase innovation and connect to the wider maritime community. 30,000 maritime professionals from 84 countries are expected to attend this year.
We often unite with our partners at events like this, and this year at Europort you will be able to find us and our 150 m3/h display unit in the GEA booth (1402).
We look forward to seeing you in Rotterdam!
The upcoming ratification and enforcement of regulations is requiring vessel owners to thoroughly evaluate their plans for achieving compliance and short-list preferred providers. The cost of installation for existing vessels can often be greater than the cost of the treatment system, so managing this upfront expense is imperative.
At ACI’s 13th Ballast Water Management Summit (October 22 – 22, 2015 in Rotterdam), Juha Kiukas – our European Sales Director – will be taking part in a panel discussion about ballast water treatment system installation, maintenance, operation and troubleshooting. During this discussion, Juha will provide vessel owners with actionable information that can be used when evaluating systems.
The inaugural KORMARINE was held in 1978; since then this exhibition has established itself as a major international marine event. The 2015 installment (October 20 – 23 in Busan, Korea) promises to be the largest to date, with an estimated 1,390 companies from 55 countries set to attend. We will be there alongside two of our channel partners, GEA (booth 4R17) and Specs (booth 5Q03), and our 250 m3/h and 500 m3/h units will be on display. If you’re attending the show, please stop by to learn more about our ballast water treatment systems.
